145th Street er en lokal station på IRT Broadway–Seventh Avenue-linjen i New York City Subway. Den er beliggende ved krydset mellem Broadway og 145th Street i Hamilton Heights, Manhattan, og betjenes af 1-toget til alle tider.
Bygget for Interborough Rapid Transit Company blev 145th Street-stationen opført som en del af byens første metrolinje, som blev godkendt i 1900. Byggeriet på den del af linjen, der omfatter 145th Street, begyndte den 14. maj samme år. Stationen åbnede den 27. oktober 1904 som en af de oprindelige 28 stationer i New York City Subway. Stationens perroner blev forlænget i 1948.
