UCF Knights er de atletiske hold, der repræsenterer University of Central Florida i Orlando, Florida. Knights deltager i National Collegiate Athletic Associations Division I som medlem af American Athletic Conference.
UCF, dets atletikprogram og universitetets alumni og sportsfans omtales nogle gange samlet som "UCF Nation" og er repræsenteret af maskotten Knightro. "Knight" blev valgt som universitetets maskot i 1970 ved studenterafstemning. "Knights of Pegasus" – som det oprindeligt blev kaldt – var et forslag fremsat af studerende, ansatte og fakultetet, der ønskede at erstatte UCF's oprindelige maskot, Citronaut, som var en blanding af en appelsin og en astronaut. Knights blev også valgt frem for "Vincent the Vulture", som var en populær uofficiel maskot blandt studerende på det tidspunkt. Fra 1993 til 2007 blev holdene kendt som Golden Knights. I 1994 debuterede Knightro som Knights' officielle atletikmaskot.
