Emlenton-broen er en stålbro, der spænder over Allegheny-floden lige syd for byen Emlenton, Pennsylvania, USA ved cirka milemarkør 44,4 på I-80. Med en højde på 270 fod over floden var Emlenton-broen den højeste bro i det interstatlige motorvejsystem, da den blev færdiggjort i 1968. Denne rekord blev holdt indtil 1971 med åbningen af Fred G. Redmon-broen nær Selah, Washington.
Emlenton-broen forbliver den højeste vejbro i Pennsylvania; med en samlet spænder på 1.668 fod var det den største bro, der blev bygget som en del af Keystone Shortway-projektet. Med færdiggørelsen af det interstatlige system er det sandsynligt, at Emlenton-broen vil forblive den femte højeste bro i systemet i en betydelig tid, efter Glade Creek-broen i West Virginia, Pine Valley Creek-broen i Californien, Galena Creek-broen i Nevada og den førnævnte Redmon-bro.
