Unser Familienbetrieb liegt auf halber Strecke zwischen Rouen und Dieppe und produziert verschiedene Kulturen in konservierender Landwirtschaft und züchtet Tiere (Rinder und Schafe).
Die Müllerei ermöglicht es uns, einen Teil unseres Weizens und Roggens, die auf unserem Land geerntet werden, zu verarbeiten. Wir arbeiten mit einer Mühle, die mit Mühlsteinen ausgestattet ist, die es uns ermöglichen, auf authentische Weise zu arbeiten.
Unsere Mehle sind angenehm zu verarbeiten und ernährungsphysiologisch wertvoll.
Sie werden auch Tagliatelle, Fusilli und andere traditionelle Getreidespezialitäten von unserem Bauernhof mögen.
Unsere süßen Backmischungen für Kekse, Schokoladenkuchen und Lebkuchen sind eine tolle Geschenkidee oder ein Workshop für Kinder.
