Sillian ist eine Marktgemeinde im Hochpustertal an der westlichen Grenze Osttirols im Bezirk Lienz in Österreich. Mit 2045 Einwohnern ist es der Hauptort des Osttiroler Oberlandes. Die Wirtschaft in Sillian besteht aus Tourismus und zahlreichen Handwerks- und Dienstleistungsunternehmen. Der Ort hat im langjährigen Mittel die meisten Sonnenstunden Österreichs.
