Anspruchsvolle, sehr abwechslungs- reiche Rundstrecke zwischen Igls und Innsbruck.
Ziel: Kneippanlage Igls
Untergrund: Wald- und Feldwege, wenig Schotterstrassen und Asphalt
Streckenverlauf:
Nach dem Start bei der Kneippanlage am Schloss Igls vorbei und weiter bergab zum Viller Moor. Über einen kurzer Anstieg auf den Turmbichl und auf die Moräne hinauf. Von der Moräne hinunter ins Viller Moor und gleich wieder hinauf in den Wald. Nach einem kurzen aber intensiven Anstieg über Waldwege bergab zur Poltenhütte und weiter nach Tantegert. Ab Tantegert wieder leicht bergauf durch den Wald bzw. am Waldrand Richtung Aldrans. Vor Aldrans eine kurze steile Asphaltstraße hinunter zum Mühlbach. Am Bach entlang leicht bergauf bis zum Mühlsee. Nach dem Mühlsee kurz steil bergauf zum Golfplatz. Den Golfplatz queren und nach dem Golfplatz weiter hinauf über einen steilen Anstieg zum höchsten Punkt der Strecke. Vom Lanser Kopf hinunter zum Lanser See und übers Viller Moor zurück zum Ziel bis zur Kneippanlage.
