Die Sint-Remigiuskerk ist ein Kirchengebäude in Neervelp in der belgischen Gemeinde Boutersem in der Provinz Flämisch-Brabant. Die Kirche liegt an der Klein-Heidestraat und der Vertrijksestraat und wird von einem ummauerten Friedhof umgeben.
Das Gebäude besteht aus einem eingebauten Westturm, einem einschiffigen Langhaus mit drei Jochen, einem kleinen Querhaus und einem dreiseitig geschlossenen Chor. Die Westfassade ist aus Sandstein im klassizistischen Stil errichtet und verfügt über ein Portal und drei Segmentbogenfenster. Im gleichen Stil sind auch die anderen Fenster des Gebäudes gestaltet. Der Turm hat auf jeder Seite eine rundbogenförmige Glockenöffnung und wird von einem eingezogenen Spitzdach bedeckt. An den Chor sind niedrige Sakristeien angebaut. Im Inneren sind Kreuzrippengewölbe auf Pilastern im klassizistischen Stil konstruiert.
