Die Schietsjampettermühle ist eine Standermühle in der belgischen Teilgemeinde Wannegem-Lede.
Diese Mühle stand ursprünglich in der westflämischen Teilgemeinde Houtave. Die Houtavemühle wurde 1981 unter lautstarkem Protest des damaligen Gendarmen, mit einer Waffe in der Hand, abgerissen. Er feuerte eine Kugel ins Mühlenhaus. Sie wurde in Wannegem-Lede wieder aufgebaut und dort Schietsjampettermühle genannt.
Die Mühle steht an der Stelle, wo früher eine Mühle aus dem 16. Jahrhundert stand, die am 27. Oktober 1959 umstürzte.
Der 23 m lange Flügel ist aus Eichenholz. Ein Sturm in der Weihnachtsnacht von 1999 riss einen Mühlenarm los, der Dutzende Meter weiter im Ackerland landete. Seit 2006 ist sie wieder mahlfähig. Sie kann zwei Steinpaare und einen Haferquetscher antreiben.
