Saint-Georges-sur-Meuse ist ein Ort und eine Gemeinde in der Provinz Lüttich, Belgien. Die Gemeinde hat mehr als 6500 Einwohner.
Flächenmäßig ist sie eine der größten Gemeinden in Belgien, deren Verwaltungsgrenzen während der Fusionswelle von 1976 unverändert blieben. Neben dem Zentrum gibt es noch acht weitere Kerns: Warfusée, Dommartin, Warfée, Yernawe, Stockay, Sur-les-Bois, Tincelle und La Mallieue. Stockay, Sur-les-Bois und vor allem La Mallieue sind von der Industrie geprägt; die anderen Kerns haben ihren ländlichen Charakter bewahrt. Dommartin liegt an der alten Heerstraße Tongeren-Aarlen, die heute Chaussée Verte genannt wird. Am 5. Juni 2016 ereignete sich ein Eisenbahnunglück, bei dem 3 Tote und 9 Schwerverletzte zu beklagen waren.
