Der Triumphbogen des Jubelparks ist ein Denkmal, das in Brüssel auf Initiative von König Leopold II anlässlich des fünfzigsten Jahrestages der belgischen Unabhängigkeit vor 1880 errichtet wurde. Die erste Reihe von Denkmälern ist ein einfacher Bogen. Anlässlich des 75. Jahrestages wurde der Komplex angepasst, wobei Raum für bestimmte aktuelle Interpretationen über die Finanzierung der Metamorphosen gelassen wurde. Der sozialistische Politiker Emile Vandervelde soll sie in der Mitte des Plenarsaals "die Arkaden der abgetrennten Hände" genannt haben, um die Finanzierung der Arbeiten mit kongolesischem Gummigeld anzuprangern.
