Die Sint-Vincentiuskirche ist eine Kirche im Zentrum der belgischen Stadt Eeklo. Sie ist die Pfarrkirche der Sint-Vincentius-Pfarrei. Die heutige Kirche stammt aus dem neunzehnten Jahrhundert und hatte mehrere Vorgänger, die im Laufe der Zeit zerstört oder abgerissen wurden.
Bereits im 9. Jahrhundert wurde von einem ‚Bethaus‘ in ‚Eclo‘ berichtet, doch von einer echten Pfarrkirche hören wir erst, als Eeklo 1240 das Stadtrecht erhielt. Das älteste vorhandene Dokument in Bezug auf die Kirche ist ein Brief aus dem Jahr 1379 von dem damaligen Grafen von Flandern, Ludwig von Male, an seinen Lehnsherrn, den französischen König. Er schreibt von einer sehr schönen Kirche mit hohem Turm. Im Stadtarchiv finden wir zum ersten Mal Informationen über die Pfarrkirche im 15. Jahrhundert.
