Die Prozession zu Ehren Unserer Lieben Frau der Kranken wurde 1695 ins Leben gerufen und zieht auch heute noch am ersten Sonntag im Juli durch die Alleen rund um die Boskapelle von Imde. Die marianische Statue aus dem 17. Jahrhundert wurde 1978 gestohlen und durch ein gipsenes Exemplar ersetzt. Im Jahr 2008 wurde erneut eine Eichenholzfigur hergestellt, die dem Aussehen der ursprünglichen Statue sehr nahe kommt. Die Marienstatue und das Kind Jesus auf ihrem linken Arm tragen eine Krone. Sie tragen ein Kleid aus Goldbrokat und einen mit Spitze umhüllten blauen Mantel.
