Die Abtei Unserer Lieben Frau von Leffe ist eine Abtei der Augustinerchorherren in Leffe, einem Stadtteil der belgischen Stadt Dinant. Heinrich der Blinde, Graf von Namur, schenkte 1152 die Kirche Unserer Lieben Frau von Leffe bei Dinant der Abtei von Floreffe, unter der Bedingung, dass die Augustinerchorherren dort ein Priorat errichteten. Damit wurde die Stiftung eine Namurer Enklave im Fürstbistum Lüttich. Drei Jahre später wurde eine neue Kirche von dem Lütticher Bischof geweiht.
