Die Société Anonyme d'Ougrée-Marihaye war ein durch Fusionen entstandenes Unternehmen in der Steinkohle- und Stahlproduktion, mit wichtigen Standorten in Ougrée. Es bestand als solches von 1900 bis 1955.
Die Geschichte des Unternehmens reicht bis ins Jahr 1809 zurück, als die Fabrique de Fer d'Ougrée gegründet wurde. Diese wurde 1834 zu einem integrierten Eisen- und Stahlproduzenten ausgebaut.
