Die Mesangesstraße ist eine Brüsseler Straße in der Gemeinde Auderghem, die von der Martinetsallee bis zur Woluweparkallee auf einer Länge von 290 Metern führt. Sie umfasst auch den Mesangeshof. Es gibt bereits Pläne zu dieser öffentlichen Straße, datiert auf den 26. Dezember 1908 und den 29. Oktober 1910, aber das genaue Datum ihrer Entstehung ist unbekannt. Es kann jedoch festgestellt werden, dass der Bau des ansteigenden Teils von der Woluweparkallee während des Ersten Weltkriegs begann; es gibt Unterlagen über die technischen Kanäle, die sich darauf beziehen, aus dem Jahr 1916.
