Hinter der Gartenmauer und in der Ecke von dem, was einst der Gemüsegarten war, steht an der Straßenseite ein schön gewachsener Maulbeerbaum. Der schwarze Maulbeerbaum wurde als Obstbaum gepflanzt. Die reifen Früchte wurden zu Sirup, Marmelade, Gelee und Obstwein verarbeitet. An einem alten Zugang zum Hinterhof stehen zwei als Pyramidenhaingetopfte Linden als Willkommensbäume.
