Es handelt sich hier um das Hauptgebäude der ehemaligen Brauerei "Brasserie banale". Der Hof und die Nebengebäude wurden zerstört als man die neue Kirche gebaut. Die "Brasserie" wurde bereits im Jahre 1393 urkundlich erwähnt. Sie gehörte zur Kathedrale von Lüttich und war der Hauptsitz der Justiz. Gegen 185-1824 wurde das Gebäude zum Hotel umfunktionniert, von 1856 bis 1872 diente es als Schulgebäude und seit 1876 beherbergt es ein Casino.
