Die Herberge “Casino” besteht bereits seit mehr als 100 Jahren. 1906 kaufte die Familie Piens ein Grundstück an der Ecke Gaversesteenweg und Molenstraat, um dort einen Bauernhof, ein Wohnhaus, ein Geschäft und ein Estaminet zu errichten. Das Café erhielt den Namen “Casino” und wird noch immer von derselben Familie betrieben. Der Bauernhof wurde später zu einem Selbstbedienungsgeschäft, daneben gab es einen Friseursalon. Inzwischen hat sich all dies in einen Sitzungssaal verwandelt.
