Dieser alte, gerade Bergbau-Stollen, dessen Länge 1,5 km erreicht, wurde Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts direkt in den Felsen unter dem heutigen Friedhof von Robermont getrieben. Er sollte den Abbau der Kohlenadern ermöglichen, die jedoch schon viel länger Gegenstand von Abbauaktivitäten waren. Neben seinem archäologischen Wert weist der Standort auch ein gewisses geologisches, seismisches und biologisches Interesse auf, da er mehrere tierische Höhlenarten beherbergt.
Öffentlicher Zugang: Der Zugang zu der Galerie ist geregelt: Nur wissenschaftliche und pädagogische Besuche sind mit Zustimmung des Verwaltungsausschusses des Standorts erlaubt. Jegliche touristische Nutzung ist nicht gestattet.
