Antwerpen rühmt sich gern der Streetart, die Sie in der Stadt finden. Dabei handelt es sich um etwas mehr als nur City Marketing. Sie finden hier auch wirklich eine große Anzahl von Murals und andere Formen von Streetart.
Das Aushängeschild schlechthin ist zweifellos die Achse Krugerstraat-Minckelerstraat. Hier findet seit einigen Jahren das internationale Streetart-Festival Meeting of Styles statt. Nach früheren Ausgaben am Muntplein und dem Jugendzentrum Kavka fand das Kollektiv Aerosol Kings einen neuen Veranstaltungsort an der Zomerfabriek. 2.250 m² Streetart machen diesen Ort eigentlich zu einem großen Freilichtmuseum. Sie können mit Ihrem Velo-Stadtrad einfach hindurch radeln.
