Meerle Dreef - Strijbeekse Heide
Für alle, die gerne Wanderknotenpunkte folgen, kommt es ungefähr auf 35 - 2 - 72 - 46 - 44 - 52 - 54 - 85 - 96 - 92 - 81 - 1 - 5 - 4 - 2 hinaus.
Wanderung mit 2 völlig unterschiedlichen Landschaften. Zu Beginn folgen wir dem Fluss Mark (gehörend zum Einzugsgebiet der niederländischen Maas), um dann in die Heide- und Moorslandschaft der Strijbeekse Heide überzugehen. In den letzten Jahren wurde stark auf "Landschaftsrenaturierung" gesetzt. Folge: weite Ausblicke.
Die Strijbeekse Beek bildet hier die Grenze zwischen Belgien und den Niederlanden.
