Der Bosbeek schneidet das Naturschutzgebiet Tösch-Langeren in zwei Teile: nördlich des Baches liegt Langeren, südlich Tösch. Langeren ist durch eine kleinteilige Landschaft mit agrarischem Charakter gekennzeichnet. Den Tösch hat einen naturnäheren Charakter mit Mooren und Gehölzen. Eine Herde von Konik-Pferden und Galloways sorgt innerhalb der Weidezonen für die tägliche Pflege. Der Naturverein Limburgs Landschap vzw verwaltet dieses Naturschutzgebiet.
