Diese Tagestour nutzt den GR 5 und den Regional-GR Kempen.

In den Fußstapfen von Pallieter wanderst du entlang der Mäander der Kleinen Nete bis zur alten Wassermühle in Grobbendonk.
Das Abenteuer geht weiter zwischen Vorselaar und Zittaart über kurvenreiche, sandige, manchmal schlammige Feldwege und du wirst mit Ausblicken über das Tal der Aa belohnt. In Poederlee oder Poejel kommst du ins Den Hemel, ein Café mit Preisen aus der guten alten Zeit. Danach ist der Kempische Höhenzug nur eine kleine Herausforderung mehr, obwohl der Aufstieg zum Touristenturm dennoch ein Anstieg außerhalb der Kategorie sein kann.
Herentals, das Tor zu den Kempen mit seinem Begijnhof und stillen Stadtwegen, schließt schließlich diese wunderbare Entdeckungstour würdig ab.
