Description by the author

Die Wanderung beginnt in Loyers und führt nach Dinant und Chateau Crèvecoeur in Bovignies.

Er steigt zunächst ab und folgt dem Fonds de Leffe und steigt dann wieder vom Tal zur Zitadelle von Dinant mit einem schönen Panoramablick an. Ein steiler Abstieg bringt uns in die Stadt des Saxophon-Erfinders Adolf Sax.

Wir gehen durch die Stadt und überqueren die bunte, mit Saxophonen geschmückte Pont Charles de Gaulle, um über die andere Seite Bouvignes zu erreichen. Hoch über der Maas erhebt sich das Schloss Crèvecoeur.

Wir kehren zurück und überqueren die Maas erneut über den Schleusenkomplex. Etwas weiter liegt die Abtei von Leffe.

Es steigt nun kontinuierlich an und durch den Steinbruch erreichen wir wieder den Ausgangspunkt.
