Seengen ist eine Einwohnergemeinde im Schweizer Kanton Aargau. Sie gehört zum Bezirk Lenzburg und liegt im Seetal am Nordende des Hallwilersees.
Das Zentrum des weit verzweigten Dorfes liegt rund einen Kilometer vom Seeufer entfernt am östlichen Rand des Seetals. In Richtung Westen erstreckt sich die Ebene des Aabachs. Das Gelände rund um die Nordspitze des Sees ist versumpft und steht unter Naturschutz. In Richtung Osten und Norden erheben sich die sanft abfallenden Hänge des 712 Meter hohen Eichbergs. Dieser ist ein Teil der Rietenberg-Kette und bildet die natürliche Grenze zum Bünztal. Im Südosten, wo die Hänge auf das Seeufer treffen, erstrecken sich Rebberge.
