Ardez ist ein Dorf der Gemeinde Scuol im Kreis Sur Tasna im Bezirk Inn des Schweizer Kantons Graubünden.
Bis zum 31. Dezember 2014 war Ardez eine eigenständige politische Gemeinde. Am 1. Januar 2015 wurde Ardez mit den vier Gemeinden Ftan, Guarda, Sent und Tarasp in die Gemeinde Scuol eingegliedert.
