Das Schloss Hofwil ist ein Schloss in Hofwil, in der Gemeinde Münchenbuchsee, Bern, Schweiz. Es steht unter Denkmalschutz und ist ein Kulturgut von nationaler Bedeutung.
Das Schloss Hofwil wurde zwischen 1784 und 1786 vom Architekten Carl Ahasver von Sinner für Gabriel Albrecht von Erlach erbaut. 1798 wurde ein Peristyl hinzugefügt. Der Pädagoge Philipp Emanuel von Fellenberg kaufte das Anwesen 1799. Er richtete einen Musterbauernhof und eine Anstalt für arme Kinder ein und gründete 1808 eine höhere Schule, in der er mehrere Gebäude errichtete.
