Die Sarner Aa ist ein rund 10 Kilometer langer Zufluss des Vierwaldstättersees im Kanton Obwalden in der Zentralschweiz.
Die Sarner Aa entspringt dem Lungernsee, den sie eingedolt verlässt. In einem kleinen Wäldchen bei Mutzenloch tritt sie dann erstmals an die Oberfläche.
