Das Kloster Vessra war ein Prämonstratenserkloster im gleichnamigen Dorf Kloster Veßra im Landkreis Hildburghausen, Thüringen.
Das Kloster wurde in den 1130er Jahren von Graf Gotebold II. und seiner Frau Liutgard an einem Ort gegründet, an dem die Werra und die Schleuse zusammenfließen. Die Kirche wurde 1138 geweiht. Im Laufe der Jahrhunderte wurden die Kirche und das Kloster bis zum 16. Jahrhundert vergrößert und verändert. Im 14. Jahrhundert wurde ein Doksal eingebaut, von dem noch Überreste erhalten geblieben sind.
