Schwegenheim ist eine Ortsgemeinde im Landkreis Germersheim in Rheinland-Pfalz. Sie gehört seit 1972 zusammen mit fünf weiteren umliegenden Gemeinden der Verbandsgemeinde Lingenfeld an.
Schwegenheim liegt in der Rheinebene zwischen der Haardt und der Stadt Speyer am Rhein. Durch Schwegenheim fließt der Hainbach.
