Schillsdorf ist eine Gemeinde im Kreis Plön in Schleswig-Holstein. Altbokhorst, Bokhorst, Busdorf, Hüttenwohld, Kuhteich, Lange Reihe, Mannhagen, Ovendorfer Redder, Schlagbaum, Schönhagen, Wildhagen und Ziegelhof liegen im Gemeindegebiet.
Schillsdorf liegt etwa 10 km östlich von Neumünster und etwa 5 km westlich der Bundesautobahn 21 von Kiel nach Bad Segeberg an der ehemaligen Bahnstrecke von Neumünster nach Plön. Der Schillsdorfer Heickenteich ist Quellteich der Eider.
