Münstermaifeld ist eine Stadt im Landkreis Mayen-Koblenz in Rheinland-Pfalz. Sie liegt auf dem Maifeld und gehört der gleichnamigen Verbandsgemeinde an, die ihren Verwaltungssitz in Polch hat. Münstermaifeld ist gemäß Landesplanung als Grundzentrum ausgewiesen.
Münstermaifeld liegt unweit der Mosel im Mittelpunkt des vorderen Maifelds, einer zur Eifel zählenden Hochebene zwischen Untermosel und Mittelrhein. Die Stadt wird weithin sichtbar überragt vom mächtigen Westwerk seines Münsters. Ihre landschaftliche Lage gestattet einen guten Ausblick auf die Nürburg, die Hohe Acht, das Massiv am Laacher See und weit hinaus in die Eifel und auf Mosel- und Hunsrückhöhen.
