Bad Lausick – umgangssprachlich auch Laus’sch, bis 1913 offiziell Lausigk – ist eine Stadt im Landkreis Leipzig in Sachsen und Sitz der Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Bad Lausick. Sie hat seit 1913 den Status einer Kurstadt und ist staatlich anerkannter Kurort im Freistaat Sachsen .
Die Kleinstadt liegt mitten im Sächsischen Burgen- und Heideland, am Rande des Landschaftsschutzgebietes Colditzer Forst, südlich der Stadt Grimma , östlich der Kreisstadt Borna und westlich von Colditz . Die Parthe entspringt auf dem Gebiet des Ortsteils Glasten.
