Rothenklempenow ist eine Gemeinde im Landkreis Vorpommern-Greifswald im äußersten Südosten Mecklenburg-Vorpommerns. Die Gemeinde gehört zum Amt Löcknitz-Penkun mit Sitz in der Gemeinde Löcknitz.
Die Gemeinde liegt im südlichen Teil der Ueckermünder Heide am Rande des Randowbruches. Die Natur ist hier weitgehend intakt geblieben. In den weiten, wildreichen Mischwäldern, sumpfigen Niederungen und Seen nisten sogar Adler.
