Sipplingen ist eine Gemeinde im Bodenseekreis in Baden-Württemberg. Sie liegt am Bodensee, etwa sechs Kilometer nordwestlich von Überlingen. Das Trinkwasser der Bodensee-Wasserversorgung wird in Sipplingen dem Bodensee entnommen.
Der Ort erhielt 1979 das Prädikat staatlich anerkannter Erholungsort vom Regierungspräsidium Tübingen verliehen.
