Quarnbek ist eine Gemeinde im Kreis Rendsburg-Eckernförde in Schleswig-Holstein. Im Gemeindegebiet, das in seiner heutigen Form seit 1928 besteht, liegen Dorotheenthal, Flemhude, Heitholm, Holm, Landwehr, Rajensdorf, Reimershof, Stampe, Strohbrück und Ziegelhof.
Das Zentrum der Gemeinde mit einer Grundschule und den Sportanlagen des SV Fortuna Stampe befindet sich in Strohbrück. In Landwehr kreuzt den Nord-Ostsee-Kanal eine kostenlose Fähre, bei der es sich um die östlichste Autofähre handelt. Auch der mit dem NOK verbundene Achterwehrer Schifffahrtskanal führt durch das Gemeindegebiet. Sowohl der Achterwehrer Kanal selbst als auch die Schleuse zwischen ihm und dem NOK stehen unter Denkmalschutz. Beide Bauwerke stammen aus dem Jahr 1913.
