Wannsee ist ein Ortsteil im Bezirk Steglitz-Zehlendorf von Berlin, der im äußersten Südwesten der Stadt liegt.
Der zum größten Teil zwischen Seen gelegene Ortsteil ist ein beliebter Ausflugsort für viele Berliner und Touristen. Den Hauptbereich bildet eine Insel. Sie ist heute über fünf Brücken zu erreichen: Die Wannseebrücke, die Alsenbrücke, die Hubertusbrücke, die Parkbrücke und die Glienicker Brücke. Ein kleiner Teil dieser „Wannsee-Insel“, die Siedlung Klein Glienicke, gehört zu Potsdam.
