Die Festung Hohenasperg war von 1535 bis 1693 eine aktive Festung des Landes Württemberg auf dem Asperg, auch Hohenasperg genannt, bei der Stadt Asperg im heutigen Landkreis Ludwigsburg in Baden-Württemberg. Sie dient seit Anfang des 18. Jahrhunderts als Gefängnis, in dem bis 1945 auch viele prominente politische Gefangene inhaftiert waren. Seit 1968 ist es ein Vollzugskrankenhaus der baden-württembergischen Justiz.
