Der Siegtal-Radweg, auch Radweg Sieg genannt, ist ein 162 km langer Fernradweg entlang der Sieg. Von seiner Wegstrecke liegen 119 km in Nordrhein-Westfalen und 43 km in Rheinland-Pfalz. Der Radweg verläuft von der Siegquelle bis zur Siegmündung.
Der Siegtal-Radweg verläuft von der im Rothaargebirge und Naturpark Sauerland-Rothaargebirge gelegenen Siegquelle – in Nordrhein-Westfalen und Rheinland-Pfalz – unter anderem durch Siegen in westlicher Richtung und endet nördlich von Bonn an der Siegmündung.
