Uchtspringe ist eine Ortschaft und ein Ortsteil der Hansestadt Stendal im Landkreis Stendal in Sachsen-Anhalt.
Der Stendaler Ortsteil liegt am Übergang von der Altmark im Norden und der Colbitz-Letzlinger Heide im Süden an der Quelle des Flüsschens Uchte
im Landschaftsschutzgebiet „Uchte-Tangerquellen und Waldgebiete“. Rund einen Kilometer nördlich von Uchtspringe verlaufen in Ost-West-Richtung die Bahnstrecke Berlin–Lehrte, die Schnellfahrstrecke Hannover–Berlin und die Bundesstraße 188. Uchtspringe liegt zwischen Gardelegen im Westen und der ursprünglichen Stadt Stendal im Osten, die rund 25 Kilometer entfernt ist.
