Der Norissteig ist ein leichter Klettersteig in der Fränkischen Alb und ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel der Nürnberger Bevölkerung. Noris ist der allegorische Name der Stadt Nürnberg.
Der Norissteig wurde 1929 von der Sektion Noris des Deutschen Alpenvereins eingerichtet. Er wird von der Sektion Noris gepflegt und gewartet. Bei Unfällen hilft die Bergwacht Nürnberg, die in Hirschbach eine an Wochenenden besetzte Rettungsstation hat .
