Das Ihme-Zentrum ist ein großes Wohn-, Büro- und ehemaliges Einkaufszentrum in Hannover im Stadtteil Linden-Mitte. Es liegt am westlichen Ufer des namensgebenden Flusses Ihme gegenüber der Calenberger Neustadt. Im Norden ist es durch die Spinnereistraße und den Platz Am Küchengarten begrenzt, im Westen durch die Blumenauer Straße. Die Südseite ist in unmittelbarer Nähe des Platzes Schwarzer Bär und des Veranstaltungszentrums Capitol.
