Die Kaiserliche Werft Wilhelmshaven war eine Marinewerft in Wilhelmshaven. Sie bestand von 1871 bis 1918 und war neben der Kaiserlichen Werft Kiel und der Kaiserlichen Werft Danzig eine von drei Werften, die fast ausschließlich für die Kaiserliche Marine tätig waren. Ihre Aufgaben waren Bau, Ausrüstung und Instandhaltung von Kriegsschiffen.
