Die Zeche Niederberg ist ein ehemaliges Steinkohlenbergwerk in Neukirchen-Vluyn. Das Bergwerk wurde zunächst unter dem Namen Niederrheinische Bergwerksgesellschaft geführt. In der zweiten Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts wurde das Bergwerk dann umbenannt in Zeche Niederberg. Die Zeche Niederberg bildete zusammen mit der Zeche Friedrich Heinrich die westliche Grenze für den Steinkohlenbergbau im Ruhrgebiet. Der neue Name des Bergwerks wurde aus dem Namen der ersten Gesellschaft Niederrheinische Bergwerksgesellschaft gebildet.
