Groß Leuthen, niedersorbisch Lutol, ist ein Dorf in Brandenburg in der Gemeinde Märkische Heide im Landkreis Dahme-Spreewald und der Sitz der Gemeindeverwaltung.
Der Ort wurde 1397 erstmals als Luthen urkundlich erwähnt. 1857 wurde die Kirche, nachdem sie einsturzgefährdet war, neu aufgebaut. Im Jahr 1990 sollten die 12. Kulturfesttage der Werktätigen der sozialistischen Landwirtschaft im Rahmen der 23. Arbeiterfestspiele in Groß Leuthen stattfinden. Aus diesem Anlass fand im Rahmen des Scheunen-Sommers 2009 eine Fotoausstellung mit Bildern aus den Jahren 1987 bis 1989 unter dem Titel Die kleinen Leute von Groß Leuthen statt.
