Christoph 10 ist das Rufzeichen für einen Rettungshubschrauber der ADAC Luftrettung Gemeinnützige Gesellschaft, der am St.-Elisabeth-Krankenhaus Wittlich stationiert ist.
Der Rettungshubschrauber Christoph 10 am Standort Wittlich wurde am 22. Oktober 1975 in Dienst gestellt. Als erste Maschine wurde eine gelbe BO 105 genutzt. Träger war das Bundesministerium des Innern, die Piloten wurden vom Bundesgrenzschutz gestellt. Nur wenige Monate später übernahmen am 29. April 1976 die Heeresflieger aus Fritzlar den Standort. Zum Einsatz kam eine grüne Bell UH-1D. Anfang September 1979 erhielt das Bundesministerium des Innern den Standort von der Bundeswehr zurück, die Piloten wurden wieder vom Bundesgrenzschutz gestellt. Zum Einsatz kam erneut eine BO 105, die 1984 gegen eine Bell UH-1D getauscht wurde .
