Der Bahnhof Frankfurt-Höchst liegt im Frankfurter Stadtteil Höchst und ist mit zwölf Bahnsteiggleisen der zweitgrößte Bahnhof der Mainmetropole. Seine heutige Bedeutung liegt vor allem im S-Bahn-, Vorort- und Regionalverkehr. Er ist der wichtigste ÖPNV-Knoten im Westen Frankfurts.
Der erste Höchster Bahnhof entstand mit dem Bau einer der ersten Eisenbahnen in Deutschland. Am 26. September 1839, nur vier Jahre nach der Eröffnung der Strecke von Nürnberg nach Fürth, eröffnete der erste Abschnitt der Taunus-Eisenbahn, der vom Taunusbahnhof in Frankfurt knapp neun Kilometer bis nach Höchst führte. Der erste Höchster Bahnhof lag 400 Meter östlich des heutigen Bahnhofs, an der Königsteiner Straße.
