Das Amt Büren-Land war ein Amt im Kreis Büren in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Deutschland. Durch das Sauerland/Paderborn-Gesetz wurde das Amt zum 31. Dezember 1974 aufgelöst, Rechtsnachfolgerin ist die Stadt Büren.
1844 wurde im Rahmen der Einführung der Landgemeinde-Ordnung für die Provinz Westfalen das Amt Büren eingerichtet. Der Amtssitz befand sich in der Stadt Büren, die dem Amt neben zwölf weiteren Gemeinden angehörte. 1895 schied die Stadt Büren aus dem Amt Büren aus, das in der Folgezeit Amt Büren-Land genannt wurde. 1939 wurde die Gemeinde Keddinghausen nach Hegensdorf eingemeindet.
