Die MBDA Deutschland GmbH ist ein deutsches Rüstungsunternehmen. Sie bildet zusammen mit ihren 100-%-Tochtergesellschaften TDW Gesellschaft für verteidigungstechnische Wirksysteme mbH und der Bayern-Chemie Gesellschaft für flugchemische Antriebe mbH sowie den diversen Programmgesellschaften die MBDA Deutschland.
Als rechtlich eigenständige hundertprozentige Tochter der europäischen und global agierenden MBDA erwirtschaftet das Unternehmen einen Jahresumsatz von ca. 400 Millionen Euro. Etwa die Hälfte des Umsatzes stammt dabei aus transatlantischen Kooperationsprogrammen. Neben dem Hauptsitz in Schrobenhausen hat das Unternehmen noch Standorte in Aschau am Inn und Ulm.
