Die Bahnstrecke Frankfurt Süd–Aschaffenburg ist eine normalspurige, durchgehend zweigleisige und elektrifizierte Eisenbahnhauptstrecke im südlichen Hessen und Bayern. Sie beginnt heute im Frankfurter Südbahnhof und verläuft ab dem Frankfurter Ostbahnhof am rechten Ufer des Mains über den Hanauer Hauptbahnhof nach Aschaffenburg Hbf.
